About the Role

If people skills are your strongest point we are looking for you. We would love for you to connect with our clients and fans and give them a positive experience each time they engage in a dialogue with you. Keeping in mind the organisational guidelines you will be expected to provide expertise and enhance the overall customer experience.

You need to be the power-bank of information when it comes to customer experience management.  You will be required to possess and process detailed information from each department, about each product, event and service. Your role has the greatest opportunity to grow within the organisation and hence interactions are key to getting around. Your priority at all times is to create an extraordinary customer experience through engagement.


  • Regular team interaction to strengthen knowledge base about latest activity within the organisation about any events or products.
  • Being able to relate to design, copy and marketing related needs and work in sync with the necessary teams managing the same.
  • You will be expected to promote products within your dialogue so as to result in sales and revenue.
  • You will keep yourself updated with the latest within the organisation at all times and especially during product and event launches.
  • Our reputation is in your hands so with keen attention to details, make sure you project a positive, proactive and polite image in accordance with the company culture.
  • Create new customers through social media platforms and strengthen ties with existing customers should be a priority at all times.
  • You are our investment in representing the company and providing genuine, positive and polite interactions with our customers.

Must Haves

✓ Excellence in English Language and communication.
✓ You will be expected to function over various social media platforms for customer experience and feedback.
✓ Possess a calm, prudent yet proactive approach to managing queries
✓ Updated with the latest tools and systems in customer engagement.
✓ Basic Social Media management knowledge with relations to customer feedback and query.
